Once your payment has been received, you can pick up your item in the store or we can ship your item. We use FedEx to ship all of our packages. All packages are insured and require direct signature upon arrival. Please Note: We are not able to hold items. Did you know that we give the highest percentages in town?! Consignor’s (YOU) get 70% on items we can resale for $995 or higher, 60% on items we can resale for $395 and higher, and 50% on all other DESIGNER items that we can resale under $395! We are happy to go over pricing with you before you decide to sell your items. We can give you exact pricing when you bring an item in the store or we can give you a general estimate if you want to message us a few photos! *No appointment needed if you are bringing in high-end designer items, such as Louis Vuitton, Chanel, and Gucci. * Call for an appointment if you are bringing in casual non-designer brand clothing, shoes and accessories. * For appointments, we ask that consignors not bring in more than 35 items per day. * If a consignor does not want to wait for an appointment, they are welcome to utilize our “Drop & Donate” option. They can bring in as many as 20 items per day. We will go through the items later that week and we will donate what we can’t take.
